Modern Farmhouse @ Clementiwoods

Modern farmhouse style is an interior design style that prioritises practicality, simplicity, and a small touch of rustic charm. A modern rendition of this style appeals to many due to it’s homely vibe with the wide use of off white tones and warm wood. The homeowners are charmed by this vibe and especially request to create this theme for them. 

A family of 3, they had stayed in this house for nearly 2 years before deciding to proceed with renovation. With the experience of living in that space, they know their lifestyles and what they plan to have in each space.  A luxury that not many people have. 

After chatting with them, we had decided to retain majority of the layout with changes to their existing carpentry and whole color palette for their house to achieve a bright and airy look.

With no storeroom at the unit, storage space is essential for them. Plenty of built in carpentry like storage platform bed were introduced to maximise their floor and ceiling space. 

Passion for aeroplane models, a workshop space with plenty of storage and table space were design and created. A 1 metre deep storage cabinets were built to store these massive models and a movable drawer countertop is created as flexible space for multiple uses.
